  • Champagne, beer, & wine. You are required to hire a licensed bartender. Our catering partners typically have one you can hire.

  • 10 hours. Additional hours can be purchased for $250/hour.

  • Our curfew is 12am.

  • Nope! When you secure your date, it’s all yours!

  • Cleaning Fee (10% of venue price), $500 Refundable Damage Deposit, $200 Security Officer per 150 guests for 4 hours (additional security hours are $50/hour)

  • A signed contract and your first, non-refundable payment of 20% of the venue fee.

  • The only vendors we have restrictions on are caterers. You can view our partner list here.

  • You do not have to have a full wedding planner service, but we do require you to have a day-of coordinator.
